Cathy called this morning in a puff because her 
computer is not working since we worked on it 
last, according to her. She was saying that when 
she trys to open safari or firefox her mac says 
they can not be found.

went over, switched ports between comp and
printer, not working w/comp... alerted telecom

Tuesday some work was done and the printer had
problems but was fixed. Now it's not working again.

She's the only person in the office right now so
she's not sure if anyone else can print to it or
not. The whole building prints to this printer
though so it needs to be working.

She won't be in her office so if it can be worked
on this week public saftey will need to unlock her
office door for a tech.

It says "unable to connect to the printer,
operation timed out".
