his blue tooth was turned off thats why nothing
was detected.

In bluetooth manager it lists no bluetooth
hardware at all. He was going to synch his trio
with the laptop and that's when he noticed the
Bluetooth wasn't working. He last synched about a
month ago so anything between then and now could
have caused the problem.
