the screen is broken, it looked as if all the 
connectors were solid.  I did not have the 
correct tool to attempt to remove the screen 
(star screws).

I was not able to get ahold of John Rushing, but 
I called univ housing and dinning and they did 
not seem to know about any problems with their 
printers.  John is supposed to be here at 9.
