UCS Help Desk:
 
Our Lacie 500 GB external HDD (WOU#20031361)
stopped working about a year ago. We would like to
buy another drive to put in the case, if the
controller is still good.
 
Please check the feasibility of doing this by
testing another hard drive. And if this approach
is valid, would you please recommend a suitable
drive to put in the unit.
 
The unit is located at Video Production Services
(room IT004). Please see Roy Bennett (88893) or
Larry Bentley (88975).
