She called back and said that it will not notify 
her when there is new mail at all now.

I logged in remotely and changed the settings for
IMAP notify and left her a message asking to let
us know if that worked.  It should only notify now
if there are new emails.  I also asked if she EVEN
wanted that app.

She has a class from 9:40-11:10 but Debbie in the
Humanities office can let them in and she'll leave
the computer up and running.

She's checked her email several times and there
are no new emails. The icon won't stop notifying
her that she has email and she's not sure how to
make it stop.
