called her, apparently she doesn't like the usb
keyboard and wanted to switch it out with another
keyboard in the office.  I told her they would
need to buy one then. she will check with her
office, then go through purchasing

other suggestion is if they can't find usb 
keyboard then buy a new one thay is usually a 
better scenario then a adpater going backwards in 
time

so figure out where the "original" USB keyboard I

she needs a PS2-->USB ((Computer is an OptiPlex,
so I assume the keyboard is NOT usb))  Tricia, can
you get this information for her?
