He called back and said the explanation that he 
got was not really what he was hoping for. He 
says that this is his personal document and no 
one else should be using it. 

When he logged back on after being kicked out he 
tried to open the document in Word "letter2.doc" 
and he recieved an error message saying it was 
locked for editing by KAdams2. He would like to
