This is an interesting error.  There are text 
documents that are being created on the desktop, 
I have taken a screen shot and printed out one of 
the errors for future reference.  I also took 
steps in fixing the situation that was found on 
forums, I uninstalled the older java runtime 
environments as well as set some permissions.  If 
there are further problems they will call back.

 Dianne laos's computer in Ad 104, her desk top 
fills up with error message icons. They all 
pretty much say the same thing with variants in 
some of the digits  hserr291822  . She has 10 of 
them now.
