the correct cable so I will get it to you as soon 
as it arrives

They sent the wrong cable with the printer, we 
will need to hold off on this until we get the 
right one.

Creative Arts is getting a special ticket printer 
and ticketing software with new computer station. 
Please note that even though the printer was 
purchased with usb port the software will work 
only with parallel until the next version is 
released.  software is on T:\Box Office 
Express\Box Office Xpress Junior there is some 
registration paperwork that will neeed to be 
filled out and faxed by Karen Willis that I will 
put with the accessories and READ ME print outs.  
They will need to be connected to a network 
printer to print reports as the station currently 
is using a deskjet that is only parallel capable 
and the ticket printer will need to use the 
parallel slot until the next software upgrade is 
done  Feel free to come ask me any question about 
this station or software that I have not answered 
here
