She has a meeting at 10:30 she has to go to and
documents she needs to print off of her computer
before then. She was very upset (worried, not
angry) when I told her I couldn't promise a time
for the techs to show up. She said she'd be in her
office between now and the meeting.

Had her try powering it down via the power button
and then restart. It shut down, but stuck on boot
again.
