I showed her how to use the Outlook spam filter.
She's very happy.

I checked this out, and never having used the
Sopho PureMessage app I was unsure as how it tied
into her account and blocked messages.  She has
entered in the address correctly in this app, and
it still shows up in her innbox.  The junk mail q
is really just about why junk in Outlook doesn't
end up in the Junk Mail folder, but in the  inbox.

She also had a question about her junk email
folder, but I wasn't quite sure what she was
asking. Tech will need to talk to her about it
when they're there.

She also wants to know if she can increase the
number of addresses she can save in her spam
blocker. Right now it's only 20.
