tried clicking buttons, now neither banner nor IE 
will open, my computer is searching and 
apparamtly not finding anything

allowed windows, apparantly, to update last night 
when she shut it down, when she got in today it 
didnt look like it had shutdown, now it is 
freezing and giving her the error message: 
svchost.exe error
the instruction at "ox745f2780" referenced memory 
at "oxoooooooo" the memory could not be "read" 
click on okay to terminate the program, and click 
on "other button" to debug
