She'll have a radio with her and leave a radio on
her chair so you can call her back to her office
when a tech gets there.

Her student worker's machine is also exhibiting
the same behaviour. The WOU number is 20020679[Edit Inv]

She launched word and it's been over 6 minutes and
she's still looking at the splash screen. Email,
browsers, etc are all also running very slowly.
She rebooted the machine and that didn't help either.
