The software was not installed on initial setup 
from Service Request#15956 .  Mike Ellis is gonna 
go down and turn machine on shortly as there is 
no one in the office for a few more weeks.  If it 
can not be accomplished remotely then call either 
Mike Ellis or John Rushing to let you in
