remotely removed the dameware service

One of the messages says "Dameware mini remote 
control connected users hl 40989 teleprompt." He 
was having some trouble getting to the messages, 
but he said they appeared this morning when he 
turned on his computer. He will leave his 
computer as it is, and he will be around his 
office if there are any questions.
