Shirlie is convinced that there is a problem with 
her e-mail because "she says" she has sent e-
mails to people and verified that they did not 
get the messages. Apparently on campus messaging 
is fine but off campus recepients sent to G-mail 
and OSU mailing list are not getting her 
messages. She did not convince me that there was 
a real problem but when I started questioning her 
further her voice became louder and she was 
obviously aggitated. She wanted us to check the e-
mail server and fix whatever it is that 
is "broke" because she is certain there is 
something wrong with her e-mial.
