gpupdate /force did the trick.

The error says "0X745F2780 Reference memory at 
0X00000000 the memory cannot be read" "Terminate 
or Debug" She has turned her computer on and off 
three times and it is still doing the same thing. 
She moved offices to NP 214 so that might have 
messed up something she says. Her ext is still 
the same however. She is hopeing to have this 
fixed by today. Thanks
