I took a look at her calendar and her end looks
fine. I'm assuming that he has entered the dates
in a way that they aren't public. I'm scheduled to
go over to his office and look at his palm and
calendar at 11am today.

The Dean's calendar is used by June to do all his
scheduling. If hers won't match up to his then she
can't do this part of her job. Also, the Dean has
a PDA that he synchs up to his calendar.

She is currently on the old system because she was
having problems moving meeting locations on the
new system so we moved her back.
