She as two usernames, skanoff and solarios. 
She'll need to come in to have her password set. 
FYI, banner only lists her maiden name.

Her student email which is still active is the
skanoff@wou.edu email. She's trying to set up her
staff email address through account lookup but
it's telling her she doesn't have a unique entry
in ldap. She's recently married and has tried both
her maiden name and her married name with no luck.
