I forgot to add to the task earlier that Roy is
out of town until September 5th. We need to figure
this out ASAP as it is impedeing Jerrie's ability
to perform her job.

brad, I left a couple of papers on your desk. 
There was only one copy of pagemaker purchased by 
the library and it was purchased by roy bennette, 
we need to track him down and see if he had the 
copy installed on this computer.

there is an entry in the text file for version 6.

Hello,
 
I have been out of the office for a bit and have 
not used my computer since last week when I had a 
problem with my computer and the technician took 
my computer away to re-ghost it.  However, now 
there are programs missing that I need to use 
next week.
 
Adobe Pagemaker is missing 
Adobe Photoshop is missing 
The image viewer is missing, (i.e. when I click 
on a .jpg file in the my computer, it opens a 
photo manager, and closes my computer.) 
Past Perfect connections is missing 
I can no longer create .pdf files from Word, 
Excel, etc
Would it be possible to have these programs 
back.  There may be more missing, however these 
are the ones I have discovered today.
