The problem has been resolved. They may want
Thunderbird installed on their machines in the
future but will call back in and make a seperate
ticket for that. Closing ticket.

I called and Karen said that they may have found a
soulution. She said she would give us a call back
when the person who's working on this comes into
the office so she can verify.

They want to use the spreadsheet to send out a
bunch of emails, but they don't want to have to
copy/paste each address into the emails.
