uh yeah, called her.... restart fixed the problem

After that she could only see her inbox but not 
click on and open any mail. SHe then logged out 
and tried to get on the internet again and her 
icon would not take her to the internet. She 
stressed in a rather rude way that this was very 
important and needed to be fixed ASAP.
