had her go to accountlookup once again, she said
she had did it before and it "wasn't working" so I
told her to call us if "it" happened again
password was reset no problem.

She will be in for a couple hours, and has some
important grant work to do, but can't get into
her computer to do it.

Her password is not working. She came in today
because it wasn't working at home, and she can't
get it to work here either.

I showed her how to change her password in account
lookup.

It will not allow her to keep her current
password. If she wishes to change only her
network password, have her change it in windows.
If she wants to change both, then have her use
accountlookup.

I told her i was pretty sure she had to change it,
but she said she's got so many passwords memorized
she doesn't want to add another one etc.

If she does HAVE to change her password (her
emphasis) she'd like to have someone come by or
call her and walk her through it. She'd like to
keep her email password the same if possible.
