He called back and he said that he tried to 
figure out what the problem was. He said that 
everyone else down the hall is using their 
computers just fine w/out problems. He even check 
the chords to make sure they were plugged in 
correctly.

When he logged on this afternoon it greyed out 
the log in window and then finally let him log 
on. It took a long time before his icons would 
show up. He went to his internet icon and that is 
when he got the error message. He will be in most 
the afternoon, it would be best to call first 
before going to see him he said. Thanks
