He is able to use things like MS word and other 
programs on his computer, but he is unable to 
access the internet, email, and network. Konnie 
Sayers was having this problem earlier and said 
she would call back if it continued, but she 
hasn't. Mike said he knew of a few other people 
in that area that are having trouble.
