took over replacement and set it up for Debra. 
Works great.  No one else was in the office. I
told Debra that they could call us to get the
others set up, she will try to take care of it and
they will call us if questions/problems arise.

The printer says 'initializing'. She has tried 
turning it off and on a couple times, but it 
still says 'initializing'.
