She was able to restart by doing a full powerdown
and reboot. It works now. Closing ticket.

She's going to be there about 45 minutes more.

She's going to be leaving soon. She'll leave the
computer on if she has to go. There are others in
the office who can let the tech in.

She uses a Mac G3. She was trying to 'remove some
downloads' and it froze. she can open other
programs in the background, but the download
window stays open over the other apps so she can't
really get anything done.
