Hello SPSS Service:

We at Western Oregon University have been able to
get the License Authorization Wizard to complete
without problems.

However, it will not let you use the software
(screen shots provided)

She had someone show her how to remote connect to
the server to use SPSS in the TRC lab in the
meantime. She can't remember how and would like
someone to show her again as a stopgap until the
software can be installed on the laptop.

She said the former employee had paid to have the
software installed, but shortly before they left
they had to have the hard drive "reinstalled"
(reghosted I think) and now the software's not
there. She needs to have it reinstalled.
