She came back to her computer and when she tried 
to use it, it would not do anything. She tried 
Ctrl+Alt+Delete to end the task and it would not 
let her do that. She can't get into the internet 
or the network. She says she is stuck and needs 
it working.

"SVC host.exe application error. Reference memory 
not found"  It asked her to click OK to terminate 
the program and she did, but she had to do it 
twice to get rid of it.
