Hooked up the cord. Had to download a USB specific
driver for the printer, then it worked fine. He's
all set up.

auto select works if you have it setup before you
start the program... it will work for the time being.

Now he is having trouble printing from the Tray 1 
at all. Tray 2 is working now, but he still needs 
to use Tray 1.

He had two instances of tray 1. I disabled one and
now it defaults to tray 2 like it should.

Normally it sends the print job to tray 2 and 
prints out fine. He said this is not a big deal 
but he does not want to keep feeding it paper to 
print. He is in all day.
