the hard drive was so full it couldn't create 
new profiles.  which is why sone people were 
able to log in and others weren't. I deleted 95 
profiles. Don ok'd it. I uninstalled all of the 
palm applications. Uninstalled patchlink, 
Novell,some music share ware.  I emptied the 
documents file.  It now has 8 BGs of usable 
space.

The blue screen problem has been resolved, but
this new login issue is persistant. So far no one,
student or staff, is able to log in without
getting the "account not found" error.

The extra ticket was ticket 16790. I've now closed
the ticket, but you can refer to it for data if
needed.

Created a duplicate ticket because I didn't
realize this one existed. Closed ticket, but
there's a new problem with this machine. No one
can log in. It says it can't find the user account.

It seems to power up but the monitor only ever
shows a blue screen. They don't see any logos or
anything while it's booting.
