took a look, can't get the printer and computer to
talk to one another... looks like the (non)
JetDirect (simple usb->CAT5) might be going out,
it doesn;t have a signal light but it has a power
light.  left note, will take another look at it
tomorrow.

The main tray was out fo paper but he reloaded it
and it's now giving no paper errors for other,
evidently non-existant, trays.
