He changed his password yesterday. When he used 
the new password it gave him the no profile 
problem. When he used his old profile it logged 
him in just fine. He wanted the ticket closed but 
I'm going to leave this open in case you guys 
want to do something about this.

He'll be in a meeting between 9 and 11. He should 
be in his office the rest of the day.

He called in this morning saying that the problem 
had reoccured. He went to log in and it created a 
temp profile again. No desktop icons etc.

When the user signed on it created a TMP profile 
on his machine, i deleted the TMP profile and had 
him relog to see what profile it would use. It 
created a username.mash.000 profile so I copied 
his old profile to the new one.

He can't get anything done and has an important
meeting he has to be at with materials from his
computer.

Nancy Ganson called in about the ticket and asked
that his priority be bumped because several people
are waiting for his information. I mentioned that
if it's saved to the network he can log onto
another machine and get it and she said that she
thought he had it saved on the hard drive and
would recomend that he save to the network in the
future.

Desktop icons are gone, except for recycle bin, 
IE, and one other, H:drive looks intact, 
apparantly just desktop
