She called back and said that she will be out of 
her meeting at 4:00p today and so maybe around 
4:15p today would be the best time.

called and left a voicemail explaining that the 
problem given in the task seems odd in that if 
she can log into a networked computer, logging 
into a terminal server is essentially the same 
thing.  I asked her to give us a call back if she 
is still having the problem so that we can find a 
time to meet her in her office.

She can't log into the terminal server using
either her old or new passwords. She needs to be
able to do this for web editing. She also works
from home so needs to be able to get into the
terminal server to do work from there.
