it was a problem with his local profile. (worked 
fine when logging onto TS) he was not getting any 
script errors at log in so I went ahead and 
recreated his profile from scratch.

He called back and said that he is still having 
problems. He is in his office now till 4:30

nothing has changed on our side of things and 
that if he is still having the problem we could 
come over and take a look at it.

He's going to try mapping the drives himself to
see if it's just a glitch with his profile or if
he actually lost the rights to those drives. He'll
call back in and let us know if he was able to map
them. Otherwise assume it didn't work and that he
needs to get them set up again.
