Her altenate keyboards are now displayed in the 
language bar the way she wants them

I went into tools, internet options, languages 
and added chinese(taiwan). The knowledge base 
leads me to believe that this may prevent future 
updates from affecting her chinese language 
settings.  Cross your fingers.

Went to look at this.  I think I've figured out 
her up date issue as well.

She can log into the computer but she can't get on
the internet, can't check email, can't use banner,
etc. She's not sure what happened as it logged her
in just fine. Maybe an update caused some problems
given her complaints about always being prompted
to restart due to updates.

She's been getting the updates for windows and is
frustrated that every time they install they turn
off her foreign language assistance. She really
needs this to do her work in a timely manner. Any
way we can keep that from happening?
