She called back to say that it is still not 
printing at all. No error meesage. She was told 
to call back if there was still problems.

I think the problem is that the default printer is
set as the microsoft document printer for some
reason. They mentioned that it was prompting them
to save but when I told them to make sure they had
the proper printer selected they insisted they had
already done so.
