called and left a voicemail stating that she 
should try to leave the field blank and to call 
us back if she is still having problems. I am 
going to go ahead and close it out and it can be 
reopened if she calls.

When she clicked install it asked for a password. 
SHe does not know what password it is asking for. 
It told her that she entered an invalid 
password.If someone could call her first before 
going today otherwise she will be back Tues. SHe 
can be reached at home at #838-4899 if you need 
her to come in.
