She called back and said that she followed the 
instructions given to her in the voicemail and it 
is still not working. "Cannot play file because 
there is a problem with the sound device, there 
may not be a sound device installed"

called and left a voicemail, it is likely that the
autoplay is not turned on and that the cd drive
will still work. I asked her to go into My
Computer and open up the cd from there.
