I sent her an e-mail letting her know that she
does not have a license for MS outlook.

i damewared into the machine (ED10182PRZYBYM) and
found that she has a liscence for office xp.

Thank you so much for getting back to me regarding
this.  I'm new so not as familiar with processes
yet.  I'm also sharing a phone with Moira and as
of yet don't have the information needed to get
into messages. 
 
I found out there is a USB port and I apologize
for your trouble trying to reach me. 
 
I do have an email question, can I have my email
run through outlook?  Or is there another way to
send a document that I'm working on in Microsoft
word to someone without needing to go back to
email?  I have worked with Outlook a lot and I
liked being able to type a document in word and go
to "send to" and send that document from there as
an email.
