Levi figured out that she needs to choose the 
legacy keyboard option.  The intelligent option 
makes choices for you. I went and changed her 
settings and she is happy now. She did extract a 
promise from me of a write up on how to set her 
keyboard settings.

Her keyboard and language icons were still 
there.  When she was typing in a word document 
she is used to a little popup that allows her to 
choose the category id which modifies the 
character she is typing. (limited number of key 
board buttons to represent many, many characters)

class at noon and nees to do work before that.
