Hi Jessica,

The error that is generated (403 forbidden) is a
permissions error.  This is generated if you copy
items to your public_html from your h drive
(versus your p drive).  To resolve this:

1.  copy the folder in question to your desktop
2.  delete the folder from your public html
3.  drag the folder from your desktop to your p drive.

JH is able to access the file on her P drive but 
she needs the world to be able to view it on the 
web
