ran adobe updates... problem appears to be fixed.
 this machine is so problematic that we'd have
saved several hours of work by just rebuilding the
harddrive... but for now, it is still limping along.

She called back and said that she can barely do 
any work because the popup window keeps popping 
up in the middle of her work. She is there now 
and will be for awhile.

She has a PrintKey 2000 application installed. 
Whenever she hits the print key, adobe acrobat 
pops up and asks where she'd like to save the 
screen dump to, but she wants it to print her 
document instead.
