I really think this machine needs a new image.  
I spoke with Jan and nothing should be installed 
on the lacal drive.  Viking will have to be set 
up after imaging

I got the distinct impression that this machine 
has been handed down at least once.  I deleted a 
bunch of old profiles.  However, this machine 
won't do windows or sophos updates. When I tried 
to do windows updates I was told that the 
windows copy was not genuine.

It takes forever to login, if ever. It is showing 
some kind of memory error. According to those who 
have been using it recently it has had problems 
for a few weeks now mapping to the network drives.
Can someone please come and do some kind of a 
diagnostic/clean-up on it?
It is being used by students primarily who do 
front desk reception and database updating. It is 
currently scheduled to be used but we can move 
the student to another location until the 
computer is fixed.
