did all of her windows updates.  Deleted unneeded 
profiles.  deleted patchlink.  Cleared all of her 
caches.  It started right up.

the memory could not be read." OK to terminate or 
cancel to debug.

She has to go to Corvallis today but said that 
she could work around your time schedule. I told 
her that we don't make appointments and she said 
if someone could just call her before they come 
in that would be great.

It was running really slow and giving her errors 
that she cannot remember.  She cannot use her 
computer anymore she said. SHe cannot turn it off 
or get into e-mail or the internet at all. She 
needs help with this ASAP.
