was able to remote in and fix it

she was able to log into and work fine on another 
computer.

She is here all day but again she cannot do any 
work.

Then she rebooted and after she logged in it told 
her it was applying her personal settings and 
froze on that. So she rebooted again. 
Error: "Loading your settings failed, access is 
denied. Windows Script Host" After she clicks OK 
it just gives her the same error again.
