He's all set up. Got the local printer installed
as well as ia-intlstudent and got him set up as
the admin on that box. He's all set to go. Also
added him to the user list with all appropriate
info. Closing ticket.

Rm 109 in Maaske it is an old hp deskjet that 
they want set up locally.  They will leave the 
room open.  He will be in the office until 5 pm 
after 330 today.  He also wants a network printer 
set up.  ia-intlstudent is the name of the 
network printer

things we would want here:  Phone number,
department, printer nmae and/or number.
