Replaced one mobo...gave machine to Shaun.  For
the other, I gave it a bios update and then ran
prime.  It crashed as well.

Please pull the machines and bring back to the
tech area for service.  Check with Shaun for a
temp for one of the two loctions (he only has one).

There are 2 issues that I need to report to you 
concerning the computers in ITC 003...
 
First, computer #20050110[Edit Inv] & #20050120[Edit Inv] shut down 
while students are using them. The screen goes 
black and the power button on the front of the 
computer turns amber in color, almost as if the 
machine has gone into hibernation. At this point, 
the computer is unresponsive; no amount of 
shaking the mouse or pressing keys on the 
keyboard will wake it. Holding down the power 
button for a few seconds turns the computer off, 
at which point it can be powered back up. Users 
can log-in again, but inevitably the machine 
will "hibernate" again. I have removed the 
keyboards from these systems to prevent students 
from using them and possibly losing their work. 
The keyboards can be found on the instructors 
desk at the front of the room.
 
Secondly, on all the computers I have seen so 
far, the first time a user right-clicks on any 
icon after logging-in they are presented with a 
dialog box informing them that Macromedia 
Contribute 3.11 is being configured on their 
system.
 
I'd appreciate getting these taken care of 
quickly.
