Looks like the problem was his toner cartridge.
Had lines on the paper before it hit the fuser.
he's going to order a new one from his department.
I'm closing the ticket.

Called, left voicemail asking when we can come
over and check printer to see if it's the toner or
the fuser that's causing the lines to be printed
on the page.

This printer is putting lines across the page at
about 1.5 inch intervals. Looks like something
internal is borked. Going to ask joe about it.

Called department secretary. His office hours are
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 to 10 and 2 to 3.

Called, no answer. Did not leave vm since I left
one yesterday afternoon.

Says he wants maintenance done to printer 
#20030484. Says it prints sloppy. It is located 
in room #106. Says to contact him through phone 
first.
