After reboot the drives show up ok but she still 
is having problems with the program "svc 
host.exe" It was using 100% of the processor and 
between 50 and 150 mega bites of ram. Now it is 
settled on 68 megs. They are in VH 215

"No network provider excepted the given network 
pass" Mike Ellis was over there helping her and 
he tried to log in to her machine too and the 
drives were missing.
